Services Operations Coordinator - Ramorra

SEATTLE, WA
Full Time
Mid Level
Who We Are

Tasso is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup focused on delivering at-home diagnostic testing to those who need it most. We are growing our footprint with leading health systems, clinical research organizations, academic medical centers, and more who are looking to deliver clinical-grade, convenient diagnostic tests to their patients. Tasso was originally founded to find a better way to collect blood instead of a painful fingerstick or time-consuming venous draw. Since then, our products have been used in pharmaceutical clinical trials, by Olympians as part of a new virtual anti-doping program, and broadly by hospital systems across the US.

Ramorra is Tasso's Services brand, built to give customers a single point of coordination across the diagnostics ecosystem. This role is a Tasso employee position supporting the Ramorra brand and its customers.

We're looking for someone equally comfortable with technology and operations. As a key member of the Ramorra Services team, this role offers visibility into the full lifecycle of a customer program and room to grow as the team scales. This role reports to our VP of Operations and is the primary support to our Services Program Manager — an execution-focused position responsible for doing whatever it takes to get a customer program live, from initial setup through fulfillment handoff, while providing them with a great onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate is energized by process improvement and wants to help expand our Services offerings while making our internal operations more efficient. They have 5+ years of proven experience managing a project from beginning to end, don't mind rolling up their sleeves to keep things moving, and are comfortable operating in ambiguity. They also enjoy interacting directly with customers, to support them, gather feedback and continuously improving their experience, and Ramorra’s service offering.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the primary support to the Services Program Manager, executing the day-to-day work required to take a customer program from contract signature to live launch.
  • Own project set-up operations and packing instructions for Services fulfillment, ensuring every launch is configured accurately and ready on time.
  • Coordinate and support the transfer of projects to our third-party logistics partner, tracking open items and resolving gaps before handoff.
  • Support customer onboarding and project launch communications, including training on the Ramorra software portal, shipment configurations, and other launch-related questions.
  • Manage the Ramorra Services email inbox, triaging requests and routing or resolving them appropriately.
  • Provide front-line customer and technical support for enterprise customers, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Partner with procurement and operations to create part numbers, source materials, and build customer-specific product configurations.
  • Act as the point of contact for the fulfillment team when technical challenges arise, coordinating resolution across teams.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements that streamline Services operations and support scale.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, operations, or customer onboarding, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through completion, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and building process where none exists yet.
  • Solid technical aptitude — able to learn new software platforms quickly and troubleshoot issues alongside technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable corresponding directly with enterprise customers.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet) and CRM systems preferred.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
